Robin Snyder Dailey is a Senior Litigation Consultant with RLM | TrialGraphix and is based in New York. She works closely with attorneys and experts to develop creative communication strategies and visual presentations for high-stakes litigation. Since 1994, Robin has consulted on a variety of matters including intellectual property, product liability, contract disputes, antitrust issues, environmental law, and insurance coverage cases.
An expert in information design, Robin has extensive experience in the design, development, and production of graphic demonstratives, presentations, animations, and interactive media. She brings deep subject-matter understanding to her work, crafting solutions to teach case themes and to simplify complex concepts. She has led the development of presentations for technology tutorials, hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations, trial simulations, and jury and bench trials.
Robin has consulted on over 200 cases in venues throughout the United States and Europe. Her clients include Patterson Belknap, Kirkland & Ellis, Paul Weiss, and Weil Gotshal.
Notable cases include: Centocor v. Schering-Plough; Microsoft EU CFI Hearing; Sturm v. Citigroup; AVG. v. Electronic Arts; Civix v. Expedia; Alza v. Mylan; and Roche v. Bayer.
Prior to joining RLM in 2007, Robin spent over a decade as a Litigation Consultant for a national litigation consulting firm and before that, she served as the Art Director for Litigation Sciences’ D.C. and Chicago offices. She began her career as a Graphic Designer for The Advisory Board Company where she designed visually-rich publications and presentations for the financial and health care industries.
Robin holds a B.A. in Art and Psychology from Williams College and a M.Des. in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University School of Design.
